Custom Built Machines

The portable blending machines are the most advanced machines in this industry today.  They were custom designed (patent pending) by a team of engineers over a three year period.  The first one was put into use in the spring of 1999.  They are built entirely of aluminum, making them lightweight enough to be pulled by a 1-Ton truck anywhere in the United States.

The blenders have a 25 foot stacking conveyor, that rides on top of the machine when traveling.  The conveyor puts the mix into 1000 ton stockpiles.  It requires only one front end loader to feed the machine.  Once the product is in a stockpile, we are able to move the machine to begin creating a new pile.  The blenders will produce 250-270 tons of blended material per hour of operation.

The machine's have specially designed mixers that are adjustable for speed and distance the mix is moved before exiting the machine.  Everything on the machines are controlled by state-of-the-art hydraulics and digital controls.

The blenders are the most accurate and consistent machines in the U.S..
